距離機場大概20分鐘車程，就在國家博物館旁邊，走上城堡可以俯瞰整個克拉科夫，行路7分鐘就到老城區，不知道是否秋假的原因，晚上七點左右，非常多年輕人在跳舞，氣氛超好，就像中國的大媽廣場舞，換上年輕人勁歌熱門，非常歡迎遊客一齊參與。

這次入住的酒店體驗堪稱完美！位置簡直無敵，出門就是維斯瓦城堡和維斯瓦河，隨時隨地就能開啟探索與賞景模式，歷史韻味與自然風光無縫切換。酒店服務特別好，從前台的熱情接待，到客房的貼心關懷，都讓人心裡暖乎乎的。房間也打掃得很乾凈，一塵不染，設施整潔如新，住得超安心舒適。真心推薦給大家，下次來這邊，我還選這兒！

The hotel is located right outside the old city with beautiful views of the river and Wawel castle, and accessible by public transportation, which made it a good choice for us. Service was top notch and the facilities met our needs perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the free pool and spa facilities, the fine dining at the restaurant which was open until midnight, the very comfortable large bed, and bottled water every day of our stay. Customer service even took care of a special treat in the room upon arrival for my husband's 70th birthday. The staff was helpful, especially the last day when our flight was cancelled and we had to book a new one. We used the business center to print out boarding passes and a boxed breakfast was prepared and provided upon checkout at 2am.

Le Sheraton de Cracovie est idéalement placé à 5mn à pied du château du Wawel et au bord du fleuve la Vistule que l'on peut longer à pieds pour une ballade, voire même prendre des bateaux pour effectuer une petite croisière et découvrir les monuments autour. L'accueil de l'hôtel est très sympathique, et cordial. Nous avons bénéficié sans demander d'un surclassement avec vue sur le château, ce qui était fort appréciable et sympathique de leur part. Le lobby de l'hôtel est exceptionnel et situé en plein centre avec un bar / restaurant (où se fait le petit déjeuner), un salon lounge, mais aussi un autre salon en hauteur avec TV et espaces de détente. Nous n'avons pas profité des services type spa, piscine (incluse) etc...mais nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner le matin, extrêmement varié, complet, et bénéficiant d'un créneau horaire large (7H à 11H, idéal pour les lève-tard). L'hôtel est à la fois cosy, chaleureux, calme, propre et au design soigné. Le personnel est réactif et aux petits soins. Le seul bémol c'est la climatisation qui fait (raisonnablement) du bruit et ne chauffe pas. Il faisait assez froid dans la chambre et les prix du mini bar sont assez exorbitants (5€ un snickers !) Pour le reste, il y a tout le nécessaire dans la chambre, y compris un bureau, une superbe vue, un fer à repasser, des cafés, thés et bouteilles d'eau mis gracieusement à disposition, et une literie très confortable. Très belle adresse à Cracovie. Le Bar/resto du Roofotop est également très agréable, calme et bénéficiant d'une superbe vue. Si l'on prévoit de revenir, ça sera très certainement au même endroit vu le rapport qualité / prix.
